* Merlin Annual Passes are valid for 365 days from the date of collection (exclusions dates apply for Gold Merlin Annual Pass). Platinum Merlin Annual Pass Gift Vouchers are valid for redemption within 3 years (with the exception during sale period of 3 months), once redeemed the pass is valid for 365 days.

For passes purchased online, you have 7 days to collect your pass from the date of purchase. Currently, we are unable to send out passes purchased online by post. All passes purchased on this website must be collected from WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
