Day tickets are the various general admission tickets available for your visit to WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo. These included non-dated fully flexible tickets, discounted online savers where you need to select a date and time for your visit, and a range of bundled admission + experience options.
What are Sydney attractions passes?
The Sydney Attractions Passes are multi-attraction passes that offer HUGE savings on admission to our family of 4 attractions in Sydney. All of the attractions included are part of the Merlin Entertainments family. The attractions are WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Madame Tussauds Sydney and Sydney Tower Eye.

What is the Merlin Annual Pass?
The Merlin Annual Pass (AU/NZ) brings together all of Merlin's attractions, offering passholders HUGE savings for a full year to all of the included attractions. We're totally confident no other passes offer anything like as much value - because no-one else can!
Can children visit the attraction without supervision?
No. A child must enter the attraction with an adult (18 years and above) for safety reasons.
Is WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo the same as Wildlife World?
Yes! We became part of the global Merlin company in September 2012.
Does entry to the zoo include a guided tour?
No. WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo is a self guided-tour.
Will I have to queue when I arrive?
The zoo can get busy in peak periods so there may be queues in these periods. We strongly recommend selecting the 'Print@Home and Mobile Ticket' option when purchasing your tickets online as there is no need to line up in the 'prepaid queue' to collect tickets from our ticket desk. Just head straight to our attraction entry points and scan your ticket!
Do I have to buy tickets online?
Tickets are also available for purchase on the day at the attraction or from a number of authorised resellers and websites. However, when you purchase online via this website - the official WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo website - you can enjoy great discounts and deals on zoo tickets and other Sydney attractions as well as obtain fast-track entry to the attraction.
Is admission for babies and toddlers free?
Yes! Admission for children under the age of 4 is free to WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo when accompanied by an adult ticket or pass holder.
