WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo has extensive wheelchair access facilities throughout the attraction and wheelchairs are available for free hire from guest services on arrival.
Please note: we require a security deposit, such as a credit or bank card, which is returned upon return of the wheelchair.
WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo doesn't currently have any storage space to take bags, luggage or prams. For information on luggage storage in the city click here.
No. We need to be mindful of the safety of our guests at all times.
No. WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo is a self-guided attraction, but talks, feeds and shows take place throughout the day. Guided tours are available. If you would like to book a guided tour or a VIP guided tour please call the Reservations team on 1-800-206-158. (Our telephone lines are open 9am - 5pm).
A child is considered 4 - 15 years. 3 years and under enter WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo free of charge.
WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo has an all 'Aussie' cafe on the beautiful Koala Encounters rooftop area. You can feast on anything from burgers to schnitzel, salad and fries, and much more!

There is a family room located mid-way through WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
No child or children under the age of 15 will be admitted to WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
