Our General Admission (Single Visit) online tickets are priced according to the time and date you want to visit. As with other tickets and experiences that are sold online, from flights to theme park passes or hotel rooms, the best prices are available during off peak times, such as late afternoons or weekdays (although we do occasionally run special discounts during peak times too). That's not to say that visiting at those times is any different in terms of experience, as we strive to offer all of our guests a great experience, no matter when they visit. Aside from the biggest discounts we offer during off peak times, we also guarantee to ALWAYS offer a minimum 10% discount on General Admission tickets when you buy on this website compared to standard walk up prices, so you'll save money no matter when you want to visit. Please be aware that purchases for use on the same day have a reduced discount but are still cheaper than our regular Walk Up prices. And there's no booking fees either, so there are no nasty surprises when it comes to purchasing. Unless otherwise stated all savings figures shown on this website are compared to our standard walk-up rates: Adult $40 / Child $28. Click to view General Admission tickets.
What age are Children?
A child is considered 4 - 15 years. 3s and under enter WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo free of charge.
Is there food inside?
WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo has an all 'Aussie' cafe on the beautiful Koala Encounters rooftop area. You can feast on anything from burgers to schnitzel, salad and fries, and much more!
For our full menu please click here.
Is there a family room inside?
There is a family room located mid-way through WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
Can children visit the attraction without supervision?
No child or children under the age of 15 will be admitted to WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
Do you have to use your tickets in one day?
Single admissions (Single Visit tickets or Online Savers) are valid for one entry and must be used on the date and time specified during the online booking process (if applicable).
Our combination Sydney attractions passes offer you one entry into each of the attractions included on your chosen pass. When you buy a combination Sydney attractions pass here on the WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo website, you will be required to select a date for your visit. This is the date for your WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo visit ONLY. From the date you select for your WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo visit, you will then have 30 days to visit the other attractions included on the combination pass you have chosen. The reason you must visit WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo FIRST when you buy any combination Sydney attractions pass on this website is because it is upon arrival at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo where your tickets to the other attractions are issued to you. The other attractions are unable to issue those tickets from their ticketing systems. You can then use them to gain entry at the other attraction/s on the same day as your WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo visit if you wish, or on a date within 30 days from that point. Likewise, if you buy a combination Sydney attractions pass containing WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo on the website of one of the other combo pass partner attractions (SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Tower Eye, Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary or Madame Tussauds Sydney), then you will need to visit whichever attraction you bought the pass from first, on the date specified by you when you made the booking. You will then have 30 days to visit WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and the other attractions. Click to go to the combination Sydney attractions passes.
