Earth Hour at Darling Harbour
Communities around Sydney and Australia will come together on 28th March at 8:30pm and raise their collective voice about climate change. This year, Earth Hour is all about raising awareness about our food and farming that is being affected by global warming.
Earth Hour has the power to educate kids and families about the importance of conserving our environment. The Earth Hour website has heaps of entertaining suggestions on how to have family friendly fun during Earth hour including Hide and Seek, Scare Bear and Freaky Faces (sounds like serious fun, check it out.)
At WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo protecting the environment and its animals is at the heart of what we do so participating in Earth Hour is so important. Our neighbour attractions SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and Madame Tussauds Sydney are also supporting Earth Hour so check them out if you're looking for what to do in Sydney. Darling Harbour will lose its sparkle for one hour but it's all for a great cause.
